A blocked or simply tense diaphragm (solar plexus) can cause many problems on all spheres of the individual: physical, energetic and mental.

Before we give you solutions to untie your solar plexus, let's first look at the symptoms and problems that a diaphragm blockage can cause.

Relax a Blocked Diaphragm

Symptoms and problems of a diaphragm blockage

I remind you that the diaphragm is the muscle of respiration, located just below the lungs.

It is this muscle that will allow the lungs to inflate and deflate to allow oxygenation of the body.

If ever the lungs are no longer pulled by the diaphragm ... the first instant problem in the body? poor oxygenation!

It is as if you are squeezed by the throat to prevent you from breathing.

A blocked diaphragm is exactly the same thing, except that the blockage is at the solar plexus in the chest, not at the throat.

This problem of oxygenation of the lungs, the blood but especially the cells will generate a number of more or less serious symptoms ...

Cramps and pain in the diaphragm and the entire surrounding area, chronic fatigue or burnout, poor digestion and assimilation of your food, poor elimination of waste and increased toxemia in your body, heavy and foggy mind, dizziness and feeling of heaviness, in short, you will have understood it, the body and the mind are completely in slow motion.

It is urgent to restart pulmonary breathing to get the body and mind back on track.

Solutions to unblock a blocked solar plexus?

Needless to say that a blocked diaphragm has a very precise meaning: stress!

And yes, stress and emotions are the root causes of solar plexus blockage.

This stress and these repressed emotions will impact your breathing muscle, but also your posture, your spine as a whole, your back with particular pain in the middle between the shoulder blades, etc.

The quick fix for relieving a spasmed diaphragm is massage.

Whether done by an osteopath, a chiropractor or even yourself, diaphragm massage can quickly relieve the pain and tension accumulated in the diaphragm.

For a self-massage, it's very simple. There are several methods and solutions.

First, you can massage the painful area with essential oil or warming massage oil.

Usually, this is located at the solar plexus or heart chakra, just below the rib cage joint. Even if your back hurts, I advise you to slowly massage the upper stomach, it will do you the greatest good.

Second, you can go deeper by massaging under your ribs.

To do this, you have to breathe out a minimum to be able to pass your fingers slightly under the ribs and apply small pressures, carefully following your body feeling and the pains, body messages, which come to you.

Finally, a secret technique used by emotional liberation methods is the small tennis ball or equivalent.

Lie on your back, place the tennis ball under your back, and roll the ball while sliding on the ground, as if you were crawling while keeping your back towards the ground.

The tennis ball will massage the back and apply physical pressure to the back tensions, in the middle of the shoulder blades for example.

Do not hesitate to self-massage the most painful areas, insisting on certain places.

This technique can be extremely liberating.

It is not uncommon to observe particularly intense emotional releases.

How to quickly relax the solar plexus ball?

As we have seen, massaging the back, stomach and under the ribs can quickly relieve pain, cramps and physical tension.

But the problem with this solution is that the blockage tends to come back quite quickly after a session.

Indeed, as we have seen, the meaning of a blocked diaphragm is often a painful emotional past (stress).

Certainly, knowing how to quickly relax your blocked diaphragm to unblock solar plexus knots and tensions is good, but to truly free yourself from emotional and psychic (mental) symptoms will require a longer term solution.

And the most powerful weapon for overcoming fear and dissolving all emotional blockages which have somatized in the diaphragm, belly, solar plexus and chest is simply breathing.

And yes, by normalizing your respiratory process, you will simply be releasing your muscle from long term breathing.

This is exactly what I offer you in my complete workshop which also deals with the release of the diaphragm. Relearn to breathe, relearn how to use your breath, not for a few minutes of exercises here and there when you feel like it, but 24 hours a day, second after second, breath after breath.

Only in this way can you let go of the emotions that have been in your body for too long.

Optimizing your breathing is a long-term solution that will allow complete and permanent unblocking.

But this is just one step among many to cleanse your brain and body of repressed emotions. Take the free video workshop to learn more.
