How to exteriorize your anger and fear ?

Caution : You must consult your doctor for your health. This page presents only a personal and alternative point of view which should not be considered as an attempt to prescribe medicine.

🔥 Intermittent Breathing : Practice this technique 3 x 20 minutes a day to quickly reduce your stress and calm your mind (guaranteed result).

When it comes to healing your past, turning the page and unblocking your situation to move forward, the necessary step will be to exteriorize your repressed emotions in order to free yourself completely from them.

Expressing buried emotions such as anger, sadness, hatred or even fear, will require reconnecting first to your emotional symptoms to allow them to completely free themselves.

Externalize Your Repressed Emotions

Let's see all this in detail in this article.

Feel and reconnect with buried emotions

The first thing to do, the first exercise, is quite simply to reconnect with this inner suffering.

You live with it every day, but this inner discomfort must be felt in depth, in all details.

For this first exercise, all you have to do is lie down and pay attention to the physical tensions in your body.

Ask yourself this question: where are these negative emotions buried?

Where are they located in my body? The belly ? the throat ? the back ? legs ?

Review your tense body to see where the emotional blockages are.

Indeed, since your childhood, you have unwittingly somatize the emotional shocks in your body.

Somatization is the inscription of psychic shocks at the physical level.

For example, a shock from the past where you could not "speak" or "express yourself" can literally block your throat today ...

The first step will therefore be to feel the emotion in your throat, in your chest, and perhaps at the level of blocked diaphragm ...

Externalize and evacuate emotional blockages

To bring out the old buried emotions, it will then take another exercise.

But first, you need to understand what an emotional block is ...

An emotion is neither more nor less than an energy charge.

In English, emotion is said: E MOTION. E = energy and MOTION = movement.

Emotion is therefore only energy in motion.

In the end, an emotion is neither positive nor negative, it is just a charge of energy.

The problem arises when this energy gets stuck in the body.

And in general, this energy often, if not always, blocks the diaphragm, the muscle that manages breathing.

Indeed, the diaphragm is a muscle which ventilates the lungs with its contraction on inspiration and its relaxation on expiration.

But what if the diaphragm crashes with negative emotions such as sadness or anger?

the muscle that allows LIFE in you is braked, blocked ... and unfortunately the degeneration begins directly at the physical level with poor cellular oxygenation but also a psychic blockage with dark thoughts that will turn in a loop.

The solution is therefore to externalize your emotions with breathing exercises.

The best known are the deep breathing exercises but unfortunately they are not always well practiced because there are rules to follow (rules that I explain in detail in my full workshop).

Indeed, by wanting at all costs to stretch the diaphragm and force emotional blockages to evacuate, some people end up tying up and blocking their breathing even more by always wanting to deepen their breath.

Indeed, as one of my teachers often said: " One does not enter the heart with his big hooves but with the greatest delicacy ".

For this great delicacy can be learned with a few techniques that I explain in my workshop (which you will discover at the end of the article).

It will be necessary to learn to breathe with great finesse, a subtlety imprinted with compassionate relaxation to allow the heart (diaphragm) to release the buried and repressed emotions of the past.

For this, I strongly advise you to participate in my full workshop on the liberation of the diaphragm and breathing to relearn to breathe to unblock your breath from fears and suffering ...

Empty your anger or inner sadness

Once you know how to breathe calmly / subtly, so that the diaphragm can release and release those emotional blockages, you just need to let go and allow the body to vent its inner anger or even its deep sadness, depending on the situation individuals and emotional shocks experienced in the past.

This letting go can be learned, it is also the first module of my complete workshop on the release of the diaphragm.

You will learn to let go by normalizing your breathing process to allow the body to dissolve negative blockages and emotional knots that hold you back in your daily life.

You will somehow EMPTY the energy charges trapped in your body ...

This often leads to great relief and allows you for example to curing social phobia or overcome your fear of traveling by plane .

Indeed, to live fully, you MUST free yourself from your old demons.

And these old demons are mostly blocked in the solar plexus, in the chest and more specifically in your respiratory muscle.

You must therefore free your breathing to revive the LIFE in you, increase your oxygenation, your energy production, and allow the circulation of fluids and energy.

The great sages of old used to say: " Illness is only a blockage of energy ".

Now you know what it is ...

Do not waste a single second in suffering an unhappy life and let go of your burden as quickly as possible.

To find out more, I strongly recommend that you take my free video workshop.
