In times of stress, everyone can lose control a bit. But in the face of confusion, disturbances in attention or lingering obsessions, some people fear going crazy.

This fear can even turn into a phobia of mental insanity.

Fear of Going Crazy

It is mainly the fact of losing control that the phobia rests.

Because this fear of going mad most often follows images that suddenly appear in the mind, like flashes.

They are all the more disturbing in that in addition to being uncontrolled, they go totally against the nature of the person who undergoes them.

These phobias of impulse are the proof of a very great anxiety, which can find its source in various events.

These images are often about sexuality or violence.

The fear is then to let yourself be overcome by this flash and to take action during a moment of forgetfulness, of loss of control.

The emotions jostle in the mind and get stuck.

The reptilian brain remains on alert. The phobia increases as the flashes pour in and the emotional blocks get bigger.

However, it is possible to overcome the fear of going crazy and losing control.

How to cure your phobia of mental madness?

Releasing emotional blockages is the way to cure mental insanity phobia.

It is necessary to access the reptilian brain to deliver the emotions that are held there and permanently silence the fear of going crazy, being sure to keep control.

This requires the follow-up of self-therapy.

“Emotions Detox” is a complete program that meets this objective.

As a Breathing Coach and Yoga Therapist, I designed it to allow you to easily detoxify your reptilian brain and release emotional blockages.

"Detox Emotions" consists of yoga postures which, by causing body tremors, release and evacuate blocked emotions, detoxifying the mind.

By this technique, unwanted images fade and never reappear.

Perfect self-control is back.

I present this self-therapy program in more detail in the free video workshop.
