Public speaking is a difficult exercise for many people and a thrilling and exhilarating experience for others.

So what's the secret to overcoming your fear of public speaking?

Should you take medication (surely not) or face your fear by jumping directly where it "gets hot"?

In truth, neither one nor the other, because there are preparatory solutions that all professional speakers use.

You do not become a speaker overnight and speaking in public with ease and without stress can be learnt!

Let's take a look at the necessary steps.

Fear of Speaking in Public

Causes of fear of public speaking

First of all, you have to differentiate two things.

Being a professional speaker is a job like any other, that is to say, that it requires training, skills, and further training and practice.

But this article does not seek to make you become the next president of the republic.

Normally everyone should be able to express themselves in public without being afraid.

We don't care if you use your body correctly, whether you use your hands for non-verbal communication, whether you use intonations or silences to give rhythm to your speech, all that is the form of speech!

I'm talking to you about the bottom!

Everyone should be able to speak in public with ease and without stress.

No one should be afraid of public speaking. Yet, there is a blockage or a social phobia which prevents this ease.

And the cause is an unconscious emotional blockage which precisely generates this irrational fear of speaking in front of a group.

We must therefore learn to conquer the irrational fears that block us every day!

Everything takes place in your reptilian brain.

It is like your inner animal that governs your daily behaviour.

The fear of speaking in public is simply an animal fear of being rejected from the group, of being criticized by one's peers, which generates a fear of abandonment.

For the human animal, the gaze of others is very heavy, to the point of literally blocking you and preventing you from expressing yourself freely in public.

How to speak in public with ease and without stress?

The solution is very simple.

To speak in public with ease and without stress, you simply need to eliminate what is blocking you subconsciously!

What negative emotions are blocking you?

If you really want to overcome your sickly shyness, you have to clean your reptilian brain of all the fears that block it!

And fortunately, there are many methods to overcome anxiety and release negative emotions and fear of public speaking.

You have to use emotional liberation techniques which purge your subconscious of all emotional blockages like fear, shame, embarrassment, shyness, etc.

By freeing yourself quietly at home or with a specialised therapist, you will then be able to approach your speaking in a much lighter way, speak without stress, express yourself with ease, in short, get your message across to a large audience without panicking and being afraid of being judged.

I just did a free video workshop where I explain how to free yourself from all your abnormal fears thanks to really powerful yoga and Qigong techniques.

These practices allow you to free your subconscious from the old traumas that you experienced as a child or teenager to free you from the fear of speaking in public.

Overcoming public fear, curing this phobia of public speaking is a big step in your evolution and this video workshop will a great help to you.
