Public speaking is a difficult exercise for many people and a thrilling and exhilarating experience for others.
So what's the secret to overcoming your fear of public speaking?
Should you take medication (surely not) or face your fear by jumping directly where it "gets hot"?
In truth, neither one nor the other, because there are preparatory solutions that all professional speakers use.
You do not become a speaker overnight and speaking in public with ease and without stress can be learnt!

Causes of fear of public speaking
First of all, you have to differentiate two things.
Being a professional speaker is a job like any other, that is to say, that it requires training, skills, and further training and practice.
But this article does not seek to make you become the next president of the republic.
Normally everyone should be able to express themselves in public without being afraid.
We don't care if you use your body correctly, whether you use your hands for non-verbal communication, whether you use intonations or silences to give rhythm to your speech, all that is the form of speech!
