Giving life is without a doubt the most beautiful thing in the world.

Creating a being who is the symbol of love is moving, overwhelming, fulfilling, but also frightening.

The vaginal birth can in particular be scary, with the young mothers who will give the life for the first time as with those which are already mom.

In some women, this fear is really strong, to the point of phobia.

Some women refuse to go to motherhood because of this phobia.

Fear of Vaginal Childbirth

If fears about vaginal birth are so strong, it is because giving birth is a strong gesture, eagerly awaited, but during which we do not control everything.

The unknown is omnipresent: the position of the baby, the intensity of the pain and its ability to manage it, the date of delivery ...

Fear can be generated due to ignorance of one's body.

But the phobia of giving birth can also come from the apprehension of the hospital environment, of having to stay in the maternity ward.

The fear of seeing blood or needles can also add to the natural apprehension felt at the idea of giving birth.

These last fears are often due to bad experiences in the young mother's past, lived or related, which left a lasting mark on her reptilian brain.

Emotional blockages are formed and, faced with these situations presenting strong similarities and the unknown, it generates alarm signals.

Fears then arise, with unwanted and uncontrollable symptoms.

However, it is possible to allay the fears of the mother-to-be about her childbirth.

How to overcome your phobia of giving birth at the end of your pregnancy?

Taking childbirth preparation classes, talking with midwives or other mothers or future mothers is a good way to reassure yourself at the end of your pregnancy, as is learning to know your body better.

Deciding to give birth without an epidural, in water, in a birth center or at home can also be possible solutions to allay fears related to the hospital environment.

But to overcome her phobia of giving birth at the end of her pregnancy, it is necessary to access the reptilian brain to clean it and re-educate it.

By freeing themselves from emotional blockages, fears will be able to calm down and then disappear, to allow the young mother to fully experience this unique moment and leave only the joy of birth.

Emotional blockade release therapy allows access to the reptilian brain to detoxify it.

As a yoga therapist and breathing coach, I offer you my own concept, "Detox Emotions", which acts as a detox cure on the reptilian brain and allows the release of the emotions which are retained there and which prevent them from fully developing. during maternity.

This self-therapy is based on yoga tremor exercises.

I present to you the complete program of “Detox Emotions” in a free video workshop.
