The diaphragm is the main muscle for breathing.

However, it is particularly sensitive to the various emotional and psychological shocks of the body.

To do this, using your hand, gently massage the solar plexus area and around the ribs.

This will have the effect of relaxing your diaphragm and restoring harmonious breathing.

It is also possible to use essential oils to massage the diaphragm.

Indeed, certain essential oils have soothing virtues which has the effect of easily relaxing the diaphragm muscle.
